Every Zoneworks Emergency Lighting System includes technical support for the lifetime of the system. Lifetime Technical Support (LTS) is a complimentary service designed to help building owners, facility managers and maintenance contractors optimise their use of the Zoneworks Emergency Lighting System.
Emergency lighting is an essential life safety system and therefore it is important that it is always in working order and tested in accordance with the AS/NZS 2293.2 mandatory requirements. Zoneworks and LTS make compliance easy and cost effective.

The LTS program is provided by dedicated technical support experts who remotely access the Zoneworks system and provide the following services:
System Health Checks
A system status review including a report with recommended actions. Post compliance test support including review of test results and preparing maintenance plans.
System Optimisation
Support for maintenance or expansion of your system including expert advice to ensure your system adapts to your changing needs and is fully optimised to meet your ongoing testing and compliance regimes.
Training
System training for Zoneworks system owners and operators, online and in-person. And of course, online user manuals with step-by-step guidance are available.
Software Support
Software updates are at ZERO cost for life of the system to ensure systems continue to meet changing regulatory and compliance requirements; and enhance user experience and functionality.
